About Balance
This page covers the collector's edition printing of Balance (3), a White Sorcery from Collector's Edition (CED). It is printed at Rare rarity. It is legal in Vintage.
We track no other printing of 3 in this set, so there is no base card here to compare its price with.
The cheapest listing we track in the United States is US$17.52, 40% below TCGplayer's US$28.98 market price. 2 stores have it in stock, and the next-cheapest listing is US$29.30, 67% more than the cheapest, so the first row is worth taking.
The United States is the cheapest of the 2 markets that have it, and Canada is dearest at about 57% more once converted. In each market's own currency the cheapest listings read US$17.52 in the United States and C$37.70 in Canada. Conversions use indicative exchange rates, and postage, duty and import tax are not included, so a cheaper market elsewhere is a fact about listings and not a reason to import.
The market price moved +0.1% over the last 7 days; there is not yet a 30-day window to set that against. It is trading at its 90-day high of US$28.98.
Collector's Edition is a gold-bordered collector set, not legal in sanctioned play, released December 1993. Balance has 13 other cards in the database, listed further down the page.
Each player chooses a number of lands they control equal to the number of lands controlled by the player who controls the fewest, then sacrifices the rest. Players discard cards and sacrifice creatures the same way.

Prices are live listings in each market, in the currency that seller charges. The “≈ USD” column is an indicative conversion for comparison only: not a quote, and not what you'll be billed. Stores generally ship within their own market, and international postage, duty and import tax aren't included, so a cheaper market elsewhere isn't necessarily cheaper to get delivered to you.
