The cheapest listing in the United States is US$92.20, level with TCGplayer's US$93.89 market price. 3 stores have it in stock, and the next-cheapest listing is US$94.00, only 2% more, so postage will decide the order.

In each market's own currency the cheapest listings read US$92.20 in the United States and C$172.00 in Canada. Conversions use indicative exchange rates, and postage, duty and import tax are not included, so a cheaper market elsewhere is a fact about listings and not a reason to import.
The market price moved +1.6% over the last 7 days; there is not yet a 30-day window to set that against. It is trading at its 90-day high of US$93.89.

Prices are live listings in each market, in the currency that seller charges. The “≈ USD” column is an indicative conversion for comparison only: not a quote, and not what you'll be billed. Stores generally ship within their own market, and international postage, duty and import tax aren't included, so a cheaper market elsewhere isn't necessarily cheaper to get delivered to you.
