24 exists in 2 printings on TCGplayer, and each is priced as its own product. At US$6.42 on TCGplayer this Surge Foil print is 22x the standard print at US$0.29. For reference the other printings read Standard US$0.29 on TCGplayer.
The cheapest listing we track in the United States is US$4.20, 35% below TCGplayer's US$6.42 market price. 4 stores have it in stock, and the next-cheapest listing is US$6.38, 52% more than the cheapest, so the first row is worth taking.
The United States is the cheapest of the 3 markets that have it, and Australia is dearest at about 52% more once converted. In each market's own currency the cheapest listings read US$4.20 in the United States, C$6.99 in Canada and A$9.60 in Australia. Conversions use indicative exchange rates, and postage, duty and import tax are not included, so a cheaper market elsewhere is a fact about listings and not a reason to import.
The market price moved +0.6% over the last 7 days; there is not yet a 30-day window to set that against. It is trading at its 90-day high of US$6.42.

Prices are live listings in each market, in the currency that seller charges. The “≈ USD” column is an indicative conversion for comparison only: not a quote, and not what you'll be billed. Stores generally ship within their own market, and international postage, duty and import tax aren't included, so a cheaper market elsewhere isn't necessarily cheaper to get delivered to you.
