In each market's own currency the cheapest listings read US$10.90 in the United States and C$18.75 in Canada. Conversions use indicative exchange rates, and postage, duty and import tax are not included, so a cheaper market elsewhere is a fact about listings and not a reason to import.
The market price moved -0.5% over the last 7 days; there is not yet a 30-day window to set that against. It is trading at its 90-day high of US$12.78.
