Consider the Prime Directive

Consider the Prime Directive (51) is a Blue Instant from Star Trek (TRK). It costs {2}{U} and has mana value 3. It is printed at Common rarity.

Star Trek has not been released yet, so any price on this page is a pre-order or pre-release market, and it can move a lot once boxes are opened.

Choose one — • Interfere — Counter target spell unless its controller pays {3}. • Observe — Tap up to one target creature and put a stun counter on it. Draw a card. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
