About Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice
This page covers the promo pack printing of Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice (25p), a White Legendary Creature — Fox Advisor from Promo Pack: Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty (PNEO). It is printed at Rare rarity. It is legal in Pioneer, Modern, Legacy and Vintage and 5 more formats.

The cheapest listing we track in the United States is US$3.02, 27% below TCGplayer's US$4.11 market price. Only one store has it in the United States, so the price is whatever that shop asks and there is no second quote to check it against.
The United States is the cheapest of the 2 markets that have it, and Canada is dearest at about 55% more once converted. In each market's own currency the cheapest listings read US$3.02 in the United States and C$6.40 in Canada. Conversions use indicative exchange rates, and postage, duty and import tax are not included, so a cheaper market elsewhere is a fact about listings and not a reason to import.
It is trading at its 90-day high of US$4.11.
