345 exists in 2 printings on TCGplayer, and each is priced as its own product. At US$5.30 on TCGplayer this Extended Art print is 1.5x the standard print at US$3.51. For reference the other printings read Standard US$3.51 on TCGplayer.
The cheapest listing we track in the United States is US$4.01, 24% below TCGplayer's US$5.30 market price. 4 stores have it in stock, and the next-cheapest listing is US$5.10, 27% more than the cheapest, so the first row is worth taking.
The United States is the cheapest of the 4 markets that have it, and Singapore is dearest at about 68% more once converted. In each market's own currency the cheapest listings read US$4.01 in the United States, C$6.20 in Canada, A$8.50 in Australia and S$9.10 in Singapore. Conversions use indicative exchange rates, and postage, duty and import tax are not included, so a cheaper market elsewhere is a fact about listings and not a reason to import.
The market price moved +0% over the last 7 days; there is not yet a 30-day window to set that against. It is trading at its 90-day high of US$5.30.

Prices are live listings in each market, in the currency that seller charges. The “≈ USD” column is an indicative conversion for comparison only: not a quote, and not what you'll be billed. Stores generally ship within their own market, and international postage, duty and import tax aren't included, so a cheaper market elsewhere isn't necessarily cheaper to get delivered to you.
