The cheapest listing in the United States is US$12.80, level with TCGplayer's US$13.79 market price. 4 stores have it in stock, and the next-cheapest listing is US$13.22, only 3% more, so postage will decide the order.

In each market's own currency the cheapest listings read C$16.10 in Canada, US$12.80 in the United States and S$21.00 in Singapore. Conversions use indicative exchange rates, and postage, duty and import tax are not included, so a cheaper market elsewhere is a fact about listings and not a reason to import.
The market price moved +18.2% over the last 7 days; there is not yet a 30-day window to set that against. It is trading at its 90-day high of US$13.79.
