Explore
When a creature explores, reveal the top card of your library: a land goes to your hand, otherwise the creature gets a +1/+1 counter and you may put the card in the graveyard.
When a creature explores, reveal the top card of your library: a land goes to your hand, otherwise the creature gets a +1/+1 counter and you may put the card in the graveyard. It is smoothing and growth in one action.
This is a short paraphrase of the keyword from the Comprehensive Rules, not a ruling on a particular card; read the card's own text and the official rules for a tricky case.
Cards that give Explore to other permanents are listed too.
